The letter must be written on official headed paper; and must have the passenger's name, passport details, purpose and duration of stay; and the original signature and official seal of the head of the inviting organization.
  • This does not apply to passengers arriving from or transiting through the Russian Fed.
  • The following should be taken into account even if holding a Visa. Visitors must have insurance to cover medical expenses in Belarus.
  • The insurance can be obtained on arrival in Minsk (MSQ).
